Certified Organic Swiss Water Process Decaf
Coffee from this cooperative is sourced from small holder farmers in villages of Guadalupe Miramar, Reyes Llano Grande, and Zaragoza Itundija. The coffee is then processed with the Swiss Water method to remove caffeine. We have trialled many different origins for Decaf and find this one to be the most balanced.
